Wallet & Referral Guide
Everything you need to know about earning and spending on Vybn.
Your Vybn Wallet is a digital balance tied to your account. You can use this balance to partially or fully pay for orders during checkout. Your wallet balance is shown on your Account Dashboard and in the cart during checkout.
When you sign up for Vybn, you can generate a unique Referral Code from your Account page. Share this code with your friends and family to earn rewards together!
- Sign-up Bonus: When a new user signs up using your Referral Code, BOTH you and the new user instantly receive ₹50 into your respective Vybn Wallets!
- Ongoing 10% Cashback: Every time that referred user makes a purchase on Vybn (using Cash on Delivery or Online Payment), you passively earn 10% of their total order value back as cashback directly into your wallet.
During checkout, if you have a positive wallet balance, you will see an option to "Apply Wallet Balance". You can use this balance to reduce the final price of your cart or pay for the entire order completely if your balance covers the total cost.
To ensure fair play for all our customers, we strictly monitor wallet and referral activity. By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:
- No Self-Referrals: You may not create multiple fake accounts to refer yourself. Our system checks IP addresses, device IDs, and payment methods to detect fraudulent signups.
- No Spamming: Do not spam your referral code on public coupon sites or in ways that violate third-party platform rules.
- Refunds & Cancellations: If an order is cancelled or refunded, any cashback awarded for that specific order will be reversed from the referrer's wallet.
- Account Actions: Vybn reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to freeze wallet balances, reverse transactions, and suspend or ban accounts found exploiting, abusing, or circumventing these rules.
