Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Overview

You will get 14 days from the date of receipt to return your items for a full refund. Items are required to be in an unused condition with all original VYBN tags and packaging intact.

  • Hygiene articles such as underwear, socks, and swimwear are not returnable if the seal has been opened.
  • Footwear has to come in the original box without any signs of wear on the sole.

2. Return Logistics

In reverse logistics for VYBN, the services are handled by professionals as we operate like Blue Dart, in the management of your return orders.

Doorstep Pickup: We offer safe doorstep pickup services across India.

Verification: The assigned agent will verify the surface of the return item before accepting it.

Secure Transit: This involves tracking items throughout their return to our fulfillment center.

3. How to Return

  1. To get an RMA number, visit the VYBN Returns Portal and enter your order number.
  2. Select the items you want to return, and confirm your pickup location.
  3. Secure the items in their original packaging.
  4. A pickup agent will come to your home within 24-48 hours.

4. Tracking Your Return

Transparency is key to our service. You will receive automated tracking emails informing you of the progress of your return journey.

If you would like to check the status more frequently, you can track your return in real-time through the VYBN Returns Portal using your Waybill Number or Order ID.

5. Multiple Returned Orders

To ensure accuracy in processing, if you wish to return items from multiple separate orders, please log each order as a separate return via the portal.

Important: Combined returns from multiple different order numbers cannot be accepted or processed into our facility. Each return must have its own unique RMA and tracking ID.

Return costs are deducted from your final refund amount.

7. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility & Reasons

A refund is possible under the following specific circumstances:

  • Incorrect Item: If a different product arrived than what was originally ordered.
  • Damaged Goods: If the product was received in a damaged state or has manufacturing defects.
  • Size Defects: If there is a significant defect or discrepancy in the size of the item delivered.

Once you have sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 14 days of the items reaching our warehouse.

Note on Hub Status: If your tracking is marked as 'Returned to HUB', this signifies the item has reached our regional sorting facility but has not yet reached our main fulfillment center for final inspection.

Pre-paid Orders

Refunds are initiated to the original source (Card/UPI/Wallet) within 5-7 business days post-inspection approval.

COD Orders

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed via NEFT/UPI to your bank account within 14 days of the product return.
