4. National Website Orders

VYBN utilizes a Tier-1 logistics infrastructure for all its shipments across India excluding the southern region.

  • Metro Tier 1 Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata): 5-7 Business Days
  • Standard National Fee: ₹99.
  • Free Shipping Threshold: Orders over ₹2,499.

5. Packaging & Security Protocols

To avoid theft and tampering during the process of transporting the items VYBN uses ,Tamper-Evident Security Bagswith a specific adhesive seal that shows a unique pattern if the bag has been opened during shipping.

Customer Action Required:Do not accept any parcel that has a torn outer poly-bag with a new tape used for sealing it. Immediately notify us for such an occurrence.

6. Order Verification

For high-value orders, as well as for those with address discrepancies, our team may conduct a brief call verification and confirmation before dispatching them.

This process is in place to ensure that the order arrives safely, as quickly as possible, minimizing the opportunity for misdelivery.

7. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, an email and SMS with the Waybill Tracking ID will be sent to you immediately.

This ID allows you to track the progress of your shipment through our logistics portal. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to become available.

8. Address Modification Policy

Due to security protocols and GST compliance, address modifications can only be processed within 4 hours of order placement.

Once a shipment is with our delivery partners, we are not able to reroute it to a different shipping address or pin code.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our partners make three attempts to deliver your order. After three unsuccessful attempts to deliver the order (Customer Unavailable/Locked Premises), the order is marked as Return to Origin (RTO)..

Re-dispatching an RTO Package would attract a Convenience Fee of ₹150

10. Restricted Delivery Zones

If your pin code is within a restricted zone, our support team will contact you to discuss an alternative delivery point.

11. Operational Hours & Taxes

Processing: Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and National Holidays.

Dispatch:: The standard processing time is 1-2 business days.

GST: All shipping charges and product prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Cancellation Policy

1. Logistics & Cancellation Commitment

High-Speed Fulfillment: At VYBN, we process orders rapidly to ensure the fastest delivery through our professional network. Because we work like Blue Dart to maintain high-speed fulfillment, the window for cancellations is limited once an order is placed.

This policy is designed to protect both the customer and our logistics chain, ensuring that once an item is prepared for transit, it reaches its destination without interruption.

2. The 4-Hour Cancellation Window

Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placement or before the Waybill Tracking ID has been generated by our logistics partners, whichever occurs first. Once an order has entered the "Dispatched" stage and a tracking number is assigned, the order is legally in the custody of our carriers and cannot be retracted.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation, please follow these official channels within the permitted timeframe:

Email Support: Send your order number and request to support@vybn.com with the subject "URGENT: CANCELLATION".

User Account: Navigate to 'My Orders' on the VYBN website. If the "Cancel Order" button is still visible, you may trigger an automated cancellation.

4. Size or Item Modifications

If you have selected the wrong size or item by mistake, we recommend cancelling the entire order within the 4-hour window and placing a new order. Due to our automated inventory and warehouse management systems, we cannot manually modify individual items or sizes once an order has been confirmed.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For all approved pre-paid cancellations, the refund will be processed back to the original source of payment.

Approval: Refunds are triggered within 24 hours of cancellation approval.

Bank Processing: It may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's internal policies.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Cancellations

For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation is only valid if confirmed via the automated verification call or SMS sent post-order.
Note: Frequent cancellations of COD orders at the doorstep (RTO) may lead to the permanent suspension of the COD facility for your account/address.

7. Cancellation via Return to Origin (RTO)

If a delivery attempt fails 3 times and the package is returned to us, it is treated as a post-dispatch cancellation. In such cases, a Convenience Fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund to cover the logistics costs incurred during the failed delivery cycle.

8. VYBN's Right to Cancel

VYBN reserves the right to cancel orders without prior notice in cases of:

  • Unexpected stock-outs or quality check failures.
  • Incomplete or unverified shipping addresses.
  • Potential fraudulent activity detected by our payment gateways.

9. Limited Edition & Sale Items

Orders placed during Limited Edition Drops or specific Flash Sales may be marked as "Final Sale." These orders enter a priority shipping lane and cannot be cancelled once the order confirmation is sent.

10. GST & Documentation

In compliance with Indian GST laws, a digital Credit Note will be issued for all cancelled pre-paid orders. This document serves as the official legal record of the tax reversal and refund transaction.
